I do not have the kids that weekend so the afternoon is free to plan. I can afford a coffee or 2 lol! I'll reserve pm for SC meet. Will be nice to meet other coupon fans. I can't talk coupons to mom, dad or sis anymore, they all start to laugh when I start. Oh well, they laughed less when I told them I save 91$ at IGA the other day. And that was just electronic promos and coupons, not even the sale rebates.

oh no!! I really want to go and meet everyone, but I'm out of town (in laws...ugh) that day! Next time for sure with bells on!!

Hi Everyone - An update to our meeting location next Saturday, April 9. We had planned to hold our next Montreal Couponers meeting at the London Bus Cafe on St. Catherine West. Unfortunately, the Cafe will not resume being open on Saturday's until the week following our meeting.

Therefore, Silk & I have found an alternative, nearby location located across the street.

Our new meeting location will be at Westmount Square on the corner of St. Catherine West and Avenue Greene. Inside the Square is a commericial mall area with a food court, etc.

We will meet in the seating area located when you enter the Square through the St. Catherine West street entrance. Then walk straight and you will end up at the seating area across from where the Food Court is located. (FYI: There are also entrances to Westmount Square via Greene Avenue and Wood Avenue as well.)

For those of you driving, you can still find parking on the street in the same area as you would have for the Cafe. There's also a parking garage attached to Westmount Square.

For those of you taking public transportation, Westmount Square is accessible via the Atwater Metro Station.

There is seating outside of the food court, in the just the mall area that remains open after 5 p.m. Our meetings have never gone that long - but it is true that sometimes members hang around and chat after

We will be the large group sitting as close as possible to the entrance of the Food court (but on the outside) near the Double Cafe (prices there are very reasonable, btw). Don't be shy to ask - and we will ask people who might look lost if they are looking for the Montreal Couponing Group. Tony has short, punk-rock-like hair and doesn't look at all like the picture in his profile (not even the gremlin!) and I have black hair. If anyone is still concerned about finding us, let us know! Also, I called WS administration and security, and they don't get many groups - so when you see a big group, that's probably us!

Fyi, as Tony mentioned, there's a parking in Westmount Square, but I'm sure it will more expensive than parking in the municipal lot (see post #1).

FYI: Parking lot is 5$ on weekend at Place Alexis-Nihon, and probable free when you spend 30$. So, you can even buy a gift card (there's so many stores). And you can walk from building to building, from Place Alexis-Nihon to Westmount Square without going outside.

Oops, now when I want to get out of my timid shell to join our Montreal couponers's gathering, it is impossible for me to make it with a newborn of barely 2 months who clings on my breast for the whole day for his feedings and another kid who has just recovered from illness. What's a pity that I miss this event and possibly will not be able to join the next meeting as we are moving out of province in summer. Anyway, I still keep my eyes peeled to SC Montreal section to check your updates and stories. Good luck with all the chit chat and trades dear friends!

I'm happy you came out of your shell to post Wish you could make it to a meeting. But summer isn't here yet and maybe we will have another get-together before you leave when you can come or even just drop bye Where are you moving to? As you know from this site, there are couponing groups all over Canada

Hope that I can make it once before we leave. We are heading to Winterpeg, lol, and I am dreaming of London Drugs. But I am not an active coupon trader so not sure if I can hit big haul like others here or not.
