I'm looking for the mail in rebate for the organic mascara. Can any one help?

Its on the PF website. Make sure you click on to the Canadian site and at the right hand corner it says rebates. You have to download and print the form, fill it it, attach your receipt with the item circled, and put your pink sticker in there and mail it out! I just got my rebate cheque back the other day from them! Loving this mascara too!
