    You mean 18,500 points? Spend $75, can use regular coupons (not FPC). Do you have more info? Receipt, breakdown of the points? Regular points, bonus points etc.

    Were her base points on her receipt 750 or more?
    If so, she should have gotten the bonus points.
    If not, that's why she didn't get them
