Dollarama opening in Village Mall

I drove by where the Everything For A Dollar store in Village Mall used to be today. There are signs in the windows saying that Dollarama is opening there. I didn't see anything about when it will happen though.

I imagine they will close the mall location. If they do, that will suck because I hate dragging my kid out of the car seat more times than necessary on a shopping trip.

I think they might keep both Dollarama open because Starbucks is in Safeway and across the street in the Village Mall parking lot,A & W has restaurant in the Village Mall and is in the Parkland Mall food court,Marks Works Wearhouse was in Village Mall and Parkland Mall at the same time.

My Mum was in Dollarama today and found out both locations will be open.

Oh that is great. I actually saw a sign up at Lacombe's dollarama that a new one was opening in Red Deer and I was wondering where it was. I applied to work there :)

The store is scheduled to open June 15.

Yes. I was told that both the mall location and the other would be open. And they said it was a .8km difference between the 2 stores. LOL.

I was in the new Dollarama store they seem to have a lot more and different stuff and the aisles seem to be wider.

I was in Dollarama store at village mall today and they had the plactic card holders, great for using in a coupon binder. theres 8 sheets per pack and each sheet holds 9 cards. they were only a dollar. I am so excited to use these.

They were also giving free mugs... which were great for kids :)
