Hello all, I am very new at couponing and saving big, lol. My mom, aunts and grandmother were all coupon clippers back in the day when it was big. Unfortunately they have not kept up on this and have no idea how to do so these days with any efficiency. I would love to learn more and save loads of money, if that is even possible anymore in canada? I am a mother of two growing teens and a loving wife. I am unable to work and am currently awaiting disability while my husband is working part-time at the moment :frown:. needless to say it has been very difficult to shop freely for the products we need day to day.
any input would be greatly appreciated and listened to :cheesygrin:

There are many ways to save:
- Get coupons from everywhere..mail in/call in/instore etc..
- Find deals
- Find customer loyalty programs and subscribe as applicable - airmiles/Shoppers Optimum etc..
There are many ways to save..
