My Canadian Tire said unless it is one of the 4 pictured on the coupon they will not get their money. The only Swiffer at Ct under 15.99 was the small regular and the 360 dusters. Neither had the long handle so they said NO!!! That destroys the good deal from CT maybe I will try to price match at walmart. Any one else have the same thing?

sorry to hear that, I got two at one of my local Canadian tire. the casher ask her manager twice, I am not sure what they talk about, but it go through. I also bought something else plus these two make it over $50 before tax, got $10 gift card and use 2 of $4.99 coupon. But on the coupon, it said any sweffier duster kit, did not say must be show as the photo on the right, so I guess u face a rude manager. I will try get more at different CT today, I will see if it work or not, I will keep update. Consider to buy the refill at higher price, this way will be much cheaper so far.

I went to Lablows in Markham location close to Markville mall, the manager refuse to let me use the coupon for 360 duster because they are $4.99 and coupon for $4.99 so I can get them free. I told him I need to pay taxes and the coupon I just tear off from shelf, he said he has final decision to allow to use coupon or not... after couple minutes, I gave up and left without anything.
Then I went to Walmart to get the 360 Duster start kit, their shelf price for $4.83, the cashier just worry because the coupon value over the item, so I showed them the printout for coupon policy. After a short discussion with CSM, they allowed me to redeem full value for $4.99
