Help??? Which MAg is the best for coups??

So the hubs and I decided to subscribe to a parents mag...or even a canadian style mag and I wanted to know who knows which mag has the best stash for coups. I know that sometimes it can be hit or miss...but Im looking for someone who has been mag coupon hunting for a while to give me a good opinion about their overall experience and which magazine is truly the best.

Todays Parent
Canadian Living
Chateline....

I've compiled a list here of the coupons that have appeared in past issues of magazines if you want to get an idea of how good each magazine has been in the past.

Canadian Living, Chatelaine and Homemakers usually get the same Clip'n Save inserts, and sometimes have coupons on the pages of the magazine itself.

Sometimes there are offers for free magazine subscriptions when you buy certain products. A few months ago there were codes on General Mills cereals - from buying a few boxes and trading for a few more codes, I will now be getting Canadian Living and Homemakers until 2013. I don't know of any current offers, but I am sure there will be some new ones soon.

Thank you everyone..just ordered Homemakers and Canadian Living...they were both so cheap...I used to order people and it cost more than the two of them together LOL...hubby is happy my reading material isnt just smut anymore.....for now anyways!

What a great idea!! I was *trying* to cut down on the magazine subs, but I wasn't even noticing the coupons before!!

Loulou, Chatelaine, and Today's Parent are all available through Air Miles. So if you collect, then it's very cost effective

I do collect...but from what I have been reading its seems like Candian Living and Homemaker are really good....so I am starting with that and we will go from there I suppose! I wish you could do Dr's, dentist's. coupon crawls...like you can grocery crawl LOL! Could you imagine..walking into an office sitting down browsing all the mags, ripping out the coups then leaving hahahahahahahahahaha that would be funny!

Yes, in the summer LouLou does offer a promotion where you get a VIP SPC card when you subscribe. I don't think it's offered year round. I think a good chunk of their subscribers are SC'ers like me who subscribed just for the card, and only scan the magazine for coupons or samples before recycling it or passing it on to someone else
