In the new Smartsource insert the is the "now famous" Zest coupons.
If you read it it's very very confusing.
- Good for a 18 OZ Body wash ( we don't have Oz on our bottles they are in ML)
- USA Redemption Address
- USA Bar code
What to make of it
I Borrowed the picture from Mcminsen Thank you for fixing these scanned picturesThis thread is currently associated with: Smart SourceLast edited by quebecqueen; Sun, Mar 27th, 2011 at 10:12 AM.

As I've mentioned before, I think it spells OPPORTUNITY. Try to use the coupon if you want. Complain (nicely) to the company if it isn't accepted. Imagine getting a letter of apology that also says "Please accept these new coupons as our way of making it right. Thank you for your interest in our products." They might get swamped but... it's their mistake. And hey, it IS annoying if we can't use this original coupon as is.
Hmmm... I wonder if it was actually part of their plan, in order to double up the attention. Maybe they've got a gazillion apology packages all ready to go. They might actually get more of their products into more homes through their very clever and devious plan.
***shaking head*** Nah, I better go have another coffee. Oh, and thank you to RyRy'sGrasshopper's for the images. I just reworked them so they could show.
Oh, and also also... what about the Method coupon that is similar but ALSO says "Valid only in Canada".

It juist sucks for people who would use 30 of these coupons. The company is only going to gve you a ocuple when you complain.

I just looked at my copies and they are US as well as the Method Laundry Detergent on the back...please don't try and use them here, printing errors is not an excuse to redeem them

High Ridge Brands, it is the first time I see coupons in inserts from this company so maybe they do not have a place to process the coupons here yet.
If they went to the trouble of translating it then they know very well that the redeem address it in the U.S. You cannot possibly miss it. Whomever did the layout for the ads can see this very clearly.

Mine are in french as well, and I did find it funny also to have a US address on a french coupon..lol
I personnaly rather not use them and make the retailers hangry at me or having to go through the trouble of arguying yet again over a coupon.. But best of luck to those who choose to use it
Also the company that makes Zest is P&G so I know for a fact they have Canadian remit addresses. I think it was a big mix up
