I have been waiting forever for my Homemakers too and was surprised to get Fresh Juice. I haven't looked through it yet but considering it is a paid subscription they should be letting their readers know ahead of time before renewing subscriptions. They havent responded to my emails either.

About a month. I ordered three subscriptions (including chatelaine) with airmiles March 31 and got my first Chatelaine at the end of April.
I got my issue today and it seems the only other addition is a Future Shop booklet between pages 88-89 with these coupons:
