I got it for the music creation programs. Got the basic model listed at 1399. I opened it up in a restaurant the day I bought it and was on line as soon as I had filled in my name and took my picture.
You can go into a Mac store or FutureShop and in 5 minutes fall in love. It really is easy. I have more troulbe with my iPod than with my OS... LOL
