I am a newbie to couponing and have checked out SC from a distance so far. I just found the Kamloops section the other day and thought it would be good to contribute.

I was at Safeway on the North Shore today and I found a lot of the new smart source coupons

Found:
Save $1 on Cascades enviro bathroom tissue/paper towel
Save $0.50 on Minute Rice Ready to Serve 250g product
Save $0.75 on any 1 Adams Natural Peanut Butter
Save $0.75 on any Smucker's product
Save $0.75 on any Bick's product

Just an odd thought, but today I noticed that it was Family Appreciation Day at Extra Foods, and they're giving you $15 off when you spend $100, a bit pissed the cashier neglected to tell me as I spent over $200 and my other half would have gladly split things up so we could have gotten $30 off instead.

Anyways, how often do they do this? I'm completely new to them doing anything, and was very used to Safeway's 10% off on Customer Appreciation Days.

Also Extra Foods had $2.00 off Dove products coupons, not sure if there was restrictions as I spotted them on my way out.
