Yahoo! I just got back from Wal-Mart and had the nicest cashier and had absolutely no problems with using my coupons. She read over all of them but still had no problems - just checking expire dates. I actually was all ready to price match SDM and Save-On-Foods but didn't need to because Wal-Mart had the same prices or better for the items I was looking for.

    2X SmartOnes English Muffins $3.77 - $1.00 WUB2 = $6.54
    1X Green Works Toliet Bowl Cleaner $2.00 - $1.50 coupon = $0.50
    1X Green Works Wipes $2.00 - $1.50 coupon = $0.50
1X 24 Glad Garbage bags on Sale for =$3.48 (no coupon)
2X Crystal Light Iced Tea mixes =$4.94 (no coupon)
    1X Fibre 1 Cereal $4.47 - $1.00 coupon = $3.47 (plus $5.00 Icecream coupon attached to the box...score!)
    2X Betty Crocker Frosting on for $1.25 - 1.00 = $0.50 for 2 (or $0.25 each)
    2X Olay Body Lotion $1.57 - $5.00 WUB2 = +1.86
    4X Dole Tidbits $0.97/each - 2 coupons for Save 50 Cents WUB2 = $2.88
    15X Nivea Travel Cream $1.00 each - $2.00 coupon = +$15.00

    Subtotal $5.95
    HST $3.67

    OOP $9.62!!!!!

Coupon Savings of $28.00!! +$5.00 of Ice Cream.

So happy that Wal-Mart has changed their coupon policy and my cashier seemed to be really on top of it. I was talking with a family behind me because they were wondering where I got all the coupons from. I actually told them about how Wal-Mart's new policy allowed you to have coupon overages and it went to the basket price and the cashier just nodded. I told them to visit SmartCanucks to find out how to get started. The cashier even was blown away by how cheap the Greenworks was! It was awesome.

I love getting the things you were going to buy for such a good deal! I am so hooked on couponing!!!

ooooh I didn't even notice it says one coupon per customer :S so does the Betty Crocker - "limit one coupon per purchase"...hope there won't be any problems. I would feel terrible if that cashier got in trouble or something over it! :S

the new policy though doesn't really specifically say they won't take multiple coupons..."only one acceptable coupon may be presented for each purchased item within a transaction" so maybe they are going to be more London Drugs?? I hope so!! I am really excited...I will be shopping at Wal-Mart again. I haven't been there in so long because of a terrible experience with coupons in Feb where it took 30 minutes to cash out and I didn't even have that many coupons just 1 Ocean Spray coupon and two other ones...it was a big to do and put such a sour taste in my mouth that I thought I would have to boycott it forever...but luckily they have redeemed themselves and have gained another customer back haha!

One per purchase means one per item, so you can use multiple of those in one transaction no problem Only 1 per customer or 1 per transaction wording means that.
