Hello everyone,
I have been having trouble downloading/ordering coupons from P&G. There has been Crest and Herbal Essence coupons which I can't seem to get.....any advice??This thread is currently associated with: N/A

sorry can't help, it still won't take my email and password since it's been up. Other ppl are having problems as well

I had the same problem, but it's pretty easily fixed. Enter the email address then click the link that says 'forget your password'? They'll ask for your birth date and postal code, then ask you to answer two security questions. At that point, you'll be directed to enter in a new password. Once you do this, you'll be able to log in.
