I'd say that they're mostly English - especially the young people they have working there.

Went to Vaudreuil WM yesterday and thank god I knew the coupon policy. I told the manager to call head office to verify it. She did and everything was ok. If I did not insist, they would not have honored the coupons. Ridiculous.

Vaudreuil is the one I had the bad experience with a few weeks ago. Glad they learned
