I would stay away from these types of websites. I would rather sign up myself on the reputable and well-known companies websites myself (Nestle, Heinz, Similac, etc.)

I did this way back and never received anything either. I agree going to sites like Nestle and Similac are the best way to go and I know those samples come for sure.
