So I was reading the consumer part of the coupons from the recent smartsource coupon insert and notice it states " coupons/offer not valid in conjunction with other offers, promotions or discounts". I read this as coupon can not be used on a sale item. Is this correct? If it is then whats the point of the coupon, doesn't seem like that great of a deal anymore.
