PRIZES
(a) Grand Prize. There is one (1) grand prize available to be won by the Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) consisting of the following:
(i) one (1) in-home dog consultation with Brad Pattison (the “Consultation”). The Consultation includes one (1) two hour (2:00) private session with Brad Pattison with the Grand Prize Winner and the Grand Prize Winner’s dog in the Grand Prize Winner’s home, evaluation of the Grand Prize Winner’s dog’s personality and needs for a dog training plan, and one (1) thirty minute follow-up telephone consultation with Brad Pattison. The Grand Prize includes Brad Pattison’s travel to the Grand Prize Winner’s home and accommodation for Brad Pattison as required, provided this amount does not exceed two thousand five hundred dollars (CDN$2500). In the event that the cost of travel and accommodation for Brad Pattison is estimated to exceed $2500, the Grand Prize Winner will have the option to either pay the amount exceeding $2500 or accept three thousand (CDN$3000) cash in lieu of the Grand Prize. For greater clarity no cash option will be provided if the estimated cost of travel and accommodation to the Winner’s home is less than two thousand five hundred dollars (CDN$2500); and (ii) one (1) Puppy Survival Kit having an approximate value of one hundred twenty five dollars (CDN$125) to be assembled by Brad Pattison which shall include one (1) of each of the following: Hustle Up collar, Hustle Up leash, Hustle Up stainless steel water bottle, Hustle Up collapsible bowl, Hustle Up waste bags and pouch;
(b) The Grand Prize has an approximate value of three thousand dollars (CDN$3000).
(c) Secondary Prize. There is one (1) secondary prize (“Secondary Prize”) available to be won by the Secondary Prize winner (the “Secondary Prize Winner”), which shall consist of a basket containing: two (2) Pledge® Fabric Sweepers, one (1) Pledge® Specialty Surfaces, one (1) Pledge® Multi-Surface Rainshower, one (1) Windex® Multi-Surface cleaner antibacterial disinfectant, one (1) Scrubbing Bubbles® Automatic Shower Cleaner, one (1) Scrubbing Bubbles® Automatic Shower Cleaner refill, three (3) Scrubbing Bubbles® Toilet Cleaning Gel, one (1) Scrubbing Bubbles® Extend-AClean™ Power Sprayer, one (1) Scrubbing Bubbles® mildew stain remover and bleach, one(1) Scrubbing Bubbles® Mega Shower Foamer, one (1) Fantastik® Original All Purpose cleaner, one (1) Glade® solid air freshener tough odour solutions, and one (1) Glade® Fabric & Air Odour Eliminator.
(d) The Secondary Prize has an approximate retail value one hundred dollars (CDN$100).Grand Prize and Secondary Prize are hereafter referred to as “Prize” or collectively, “Prizes”. Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winner are hereafter referred to as a “Winner” or collectively, “Winners”.
(e) Winner is not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated approximate Prize value, if any.
(f) Prizes will be distributed within one (1) year after each Winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
(g) Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and has no cash value. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
(h) Shipped Prizes shall not be insured and the Sponsors shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes
