Is this New Walmart Policy Going To Make Trading EVEN Harder?

Hopefully this thread won't get out of hand but I have had this question flying through my head :lolsign: Will this new policy for Walmart make trades harder? I find it already insane that people want 14.99 for Max Scoop I NEVER have seen max scoop that expensive. Now the people think we will get max value they will want this much. Sorry but I can't see the Walmarts I go to giving me 14.99 credit for something that is 5.48??????????????:shrug: I just did a FPC this week there and they gave me how much the product was. I think FPC's will become more diffcult to trade with this new policy! I reamber the day when you use to just trade and have fun not try to nickle and dime everyone!

I'll just be using up all of my own FPC's and then giving away the stuff I don't want. As far as trading for FPC's....I don't because I think it's crazy to give up what people are asking...I'd rather just pay for the item if I want it that bad.

How about all the FPC's that don't list a max value? Those shouldn't be affected at all since nobody will be able to gain any overage on those. But still...have you seen what people want for the J&J coupon...ya right!

I think there will be more clarification soon about using FPC's at WalMart.
The one thread where that lucky member used her cereal ones for the .97 ice cream cones and the WalMart gave her the value up to the max. $5.00 was unusual.
( and oh what a high that must have been, I would have been dancing, bad knee and all! )
Then this morning I read another thread where a member was denied trying to use the same cereal coupon that way. They would only allow it to be the cost of her item , which was .97

As for trading the FPC's in here, maybe members should just wait and see what the next WalMart policy change will bring, rather than giving up their precious FPC's.

Just personally speaking, I don't give up my FPCs simply because I want to use them. I think the only way I might trade one is because I can't get the product where I am.

The CSMs (and by now most likely the Store Manager) at my Walmart already hate me, and have had to eat some crow with the new policy and from getting reamed out by Walmart Canada's National PR Manager....so there's NO WAY I'll be getting the Max Value form any FPC!!!!

FPC...is for you to have the product for free....but if i have the choice, i wouldn't bother using it on something that have less value of the maximum amount stated on the coupon
i.e. i bought chapman's frozen yogurt @ 5,59 with my chapman's 5$ coupon....had to pay 59c but didn't loose the amount of my coupon and that'S what i will do with those ice cream and frozen yogurt coupons on the cereal boxes...

i'm similar with something that's an up to price i'll try to find an item that will max that out (and still stay within the specifications of the coupon) for example.. nestea coupons have a max of 6.99 around here that is regular shelf price.. so i'll pick one up at that price with coupon and not think twice.. i don't go looking around for the highest price case.. with the ice cream i won't buy a 2.99 ice cream.. i'l buy a 4L or a fancy ice cream that is $5+

Im fairly new, but it's interesting to see things evolving so much already. Excited about the new changes at wally world though, sweet!!

don't get too excited or less you like to make a stink I was just there and didn't get no full price on my FPC's I am just happy to get them free

Mine doesnt do full price on FPCs either, and I don't expect them to - they do ask for FPCs first so they can subtotal with tax and include that in face value
