Hello! This is my first time trying to seriously understand couponing & I'm diving in by signing up for lots of coupon sites & online places like this...got inspired by Extreme Couponing. I don't think it's possible to get the extreme savings that I see other people getting on that show, but I'd be happy saving at least a little or a moderate amount on our normal grocery trips.

I do have a question for any Manitoba people who may be on this site - how/when/where do I find the coupons in the local newspapers? I'm happy to cut out coupons, but I don't know when they come out...I don't subscribe to any newspapers. Any suggestions?

I'd appreciate any helpful hints / tips / tricks / suggestions / etc., as I'm pretty new at this.
