I live near Kingston ontario and have no idea when the brandsaver inserts are out or what paper to find them in. Can anyone help?

I know that inserts are in Ottawa sun on sundays and Ottawa citizen on Saturdays

I haven't seen any P&G inserts in this area at all, we always have to rely on brandsaver.ca for any coupons.
However every week we get a coupon flyer from red plum and Smart Source in the EMC and one of the Whig flyer packs.
