Printables (frozen foods - French coupons)

I was browsing through IGA tonight and found a bunch of handy peelies (which I can list if you like). Most awesomely I found a booklet with $8.50 in coupons! This lead me to this website where you can print them! And more!

can you use these coupons outside of Quebec?....I've never used coupons that are only in french

I'm looking at the booklet and the following coupons say they are only valid in Quebec: Tomasso Plus, Villa Ravlioli

These ones do not say Quebec only: Flamingo, St Hubert, Smart Ones, Arctic Gardens, Janes, McCain
