Does any one know....How to get
Service PAck 1 for Win 7 that upgrade explorer 8 to explorer 9....in french ?

Don't bother with Windows 7 SP1. Or Internet Explorer for that matter.
Get Firefox.

Don't upgrade to the internet explore 9,,,I did and it is a joke,,a real pain in the A**
I switched bag to internet explore 8,,much better
