Sent mine March 12 and have not received anything. Probably won't panic for another 2 weeks.
Still waiting here, it's been 3 weeks for me. My husband figured out how to open the soap so I can refill it with whatever kind I want. He has done it to my Wet Jet bottles too.
Received one of the cheques in the mail yesterday. Haven't talked to mom yet to see if she received the other.
