oooh, another fun thread. Thanks trucks!
In college & university I had acrylic nails and I used to get things airbrushed on them everytime I went in for a fill.
Now, I barely have time to get a manicure every couple of months. lol. I miss having fun nails!!!! I think these ones are so neat!

I love acrylic nails as there is so much you can do with them! I love painting crazy wild colours on them. I have them a bright blue right now. :D

wow, I wish I had the talent to paint like that. when I try to paint with my opposite hand I am amazed half the time the paint is not all over my fingers, never mind being able to paint designs on them. your nails are super cute trucks12trucks.
Does any one have any suggestions for making the nail poish stay on your fingers, it seems like everytime I paint my nails it is chipping the next day.

I LOVE China Glaze!!! Anyone have tips for peeling nails? Mine have gotten so bad I'm trying to out grow the peeling part so I can clip them but it's getting farther down my nails I've tried the crazy glue and tea bag thing but it doesn't work for me.
I'm currently trying out the NailTek Treatment to help strengthen them

My mom has acrylic nails and always wears the "newest" colours. I have nails that are either very brittle and dry when I use hardener or paper thin and soft when I don't.
I can't paint my nails worth a darn.

Hehe I love nail polish I'm so addicted its not even funny. I hate not having nail polish on my nails, I end up painting my nails at least once a week. I love OPI and just recently tried Nicole by OPI at SDM they are both awsome.
I found this awsome nail art stuff online its called KONAD and its so awsome its soo hard to describe but well worth the money. I ordered from http://www.ocnailart.com/ the shipping took awhile because it was Canada Post around Christmas (they have free shipping to Canada if you spend over $20). If you look on Youtube they have videos of people applying it on their nails
Ohh I also love those Alice in Wonderland nails they are amazing. I love everyone elses they are so cuteLast edited by OctoberSun; Mon, Apr 19th, 2010 at 07:50 PM.

i used to make my own purple and silver nailpolish waaaay back when no one was making it. living in vancouver with the punks n skids you'd think that they would be available, but nope!
i'd save old bottles and mix colors to make my own. dam that dates me! haha ;p

O.P.I.'s "You Don't Know Jacques" is my standard toenail colour. My nails are usually a D.I.Y. french manicure
