multibionta raincheck....

we're in SDM today for the raincheck of multibionta. the cashier asked the lady in the office maybe when she looked at the coupons it will be free.. when the lady came out, she said that they can't take the coupons because the coupon is $5 and the price was $4.99... next reason the cashier said that the sale was 3 weeks, so i told her that how can we get that there's no stock on multibionta?... the lady took the raincheck and talk to other guy in the office... the guy said that he talked to the manager and the manager said that only 1 coupon is allowed on that raincheck? also the lady said that only 1 item is allowed because they won't allow or give the 4 multibionta for free? my question is: why is it that they won't allow that the company will reimburse them whatever coupons they will send back to the company? ... is that the usual treatment for the rainchecks using coupons?... lots of members are using $5 for multibionta when it was on sale... has anybody experience the same?...

My husband went to SDM Rockwood Mall and talked to the manager and the manager would allow only 1 bottle because the coupon says one coupon per package and my husband explained that I have 4 coupons but the manager won't listen but saying "NO! ONLY ONE" and not looking at him... my husband was so disappointing... can you imagine how rude some people are?... my husband did not get the one bottle, instead left the store and said to me that we will not shop there anymore... there are lots of stores out there who has an excellent manager, customer service and cashier who will treat customers as their friends ....

I had some rainchecks from different stores and all but one of them had supply. No problem using my coupons. The other stores just renewed the rain check hopefully they will come in for next 20x day

I never did find them on sale. I have a $10 off but haven't found them even that cheap yet.

I have had issues with SDM too, I've just been avoiding there make up as you go policies :( they ave pretty much lost a ton of my business over their crappy non-existent coupon policy

I have problems using coupons with 1 cent over at SDM. Also, for this Multibionta at SDM, always no stock even till the raincheck expired.

I don't have the luck, unlike others.

I have had alot of issues with SDM and have called the 800 number and they have communicated with the store and gotten back to me to go back to the store and use the coupon..also awarded me Optimum points onto my account for the inconvenience.

thank you guys for your comments... my husband will go to SDM this afternoon and wants to talk to the manager for clarification and the policy of that SDM store... maybe the manager has the final say to this issue... we had read SDM store coupon policy here in smartcanucks and maybe that certain SDM has their own coupon policy... we will see... again, thank you so much...

i hit the jackpot at sdm .ask for the 30 multibionta and the sales person notice that the expiration date was 06/11 she gave them all{60) for 10 cents each.all 11 of them.makink a lot of people happy

I am frustrated with SDM and their rainchecks. You go back when they gave the product in BUT the raincheck has expired!!! I believe they do this on purpose. How long are the rainchecks good for does any one know. I looked at mine and no date saying how long it is good for?

I just called SDM and their rainchecks are good for one month so you should of been able to use it if the sale was 3 weeks prior

if the rainchecks expires and still no product, they will extend... my other raincheck will expire on April 6 and the manager are very nice and he gave me an extension until may 30... all stores will give 30 days for the raincheck and the extension will depend on the manager i think....

my raincheck expired today and i forgot to renew. doh! going to ask my boyfriend to try and renew it tomorrow.

print off the 5.00 one online and go to london drugs they are 14.99 there ,I got 24 boxes of them that way

or the 10.00 one theres two you can print

had the same problem with SDM. had to go to three different stores to get one bottle of vitamins. then told me they would have to change value of coupon because of the 4.99 sale. They never wrote on the coupon the price adjustment and complained the whole time about me getting one free bottle of vitamins. Needless to say will be going to WM and getting them there from now on
