New to Calgary!! Looking for Coupon "buddies"

I too would love to join this group. My family and I just to moved to Okotoks last spring from Nova Scotia. So I'm not in the city but would love to meet up with fellow coupons and learn from all of you. I just started couponing in feb. so I still have plenty to learn. I already have a coupon binder so I have lots that I can trade already.

I feel terrible..I'm sorry we moved on May 15th but 2 weeks prior I was packing up our house by myself with my 2.5 yr old, 1 year old, 2 dogs and pregnant...so couponing wasn't on my mind...well it was..I was upset I didn't have time to put towards it and paid more of items that I wanted...ah well

We've now been here almost 2 weeks and I'm FINALLY settled in and starting to coupon again!!

I'm in the Deer Run area which is quite SE from what I understand.

It seems as though the majority of people are in the South. I was thinking of maybe doing 2 swaps a month; one on a Sunday and one either at night or during the day. I am a stay-at-home Mum and would have to bring my children to a daytime event but my husband would be home on Sundays.

Have we had any RSVP'S for this Saturday...??
I would have to bring my children as my hubby works Saturdays. I'm not very familiar with the area yet but if there is somewhere we could meet that could accommodate quite a few of us??

The Saturday 28th location is pretty close to a c-train I believe....check out the facebook group it's the Starbucks on MacLeod close Rona/Walmart

If you are on Facebook go to Calgary Couponing (South) as I pretty sure that is the group that Mummy R set up. I just joined it after finding out about it through another source.
