It pays to call back!
Sooo proud of myself!!!
I have a new kitten who we are feeding Science Diet food to. At the vet it's $22 for a bag and the canned is 1.69. Hypoallergenic treats are $7 a bag!
At PetSmart the same food is $14 a bag and 1.44 a can. Not sure if they have the treats.
I went to the Science Diet website and printed off the coupons. My vet said they would accept them as will PetSmart. Turns out the coupons were for US only.
I called the company last week and the woman said oh...you're on the .com website, you need the .ca website. I hung up and went online again.
hmpf! The only coupons they had were for dogs and the 1 cat coupon had expired in Dec 2010...so I called back! I told them that they needed to update the website and the CSR said well, I'm in the US so I'm not sure who I tell in Canada about their website. I'm sorry for your trouble and I'll be happy to send you some coupons. I made sure they were good in Canada.
well, today in the mail I got 2 x $5.00 off any Science Diet Feline food or treats!!! woohoo. That's 6 cans of food and since he only eats 1/4 a can a day that's almost a months' worth of canned food!! woohoo...it pays to call them back and tell them what you think of the website!
