I don't see why not. It's only juice. Freezing becomes a concern when you're dealing with whole/chopped pieces of fruits and veggies because the ice crystals that form during freezing pierces cell membrances which cause the product to go soggy and leak their juices. I believe there is a naturally occuring enzyme in produce that causes sogginess too (blanching de-activates this enzyme).
Just make sure you leave room in the bottle for expansion - you don't want to freeze the bottle if the liquid is nearly to the top of the bottle otherwise it will burst.

I freeze juice and it works just fine. I pour a little off first to allow for expansion. It is a great way to take advantage of clearance product

Definitely! As already said, take a bit out to leave room for expansion, and you should be good! I often freeze juice as ice cubes and mix them into my drinks in the summer. Lemonade with melting berry juice ice cubes is YUMMY.

Thanks everyone! Turned out the store was sold out so I got a raincheck and will use it in June when I need the juice so I may not actually need to freeze it this time around but thanks
