I don't see why not. It's only juice. Freezing becomes a concern when you're dealing with whole/chopped pieces of fruits and veggies because the ice crystals that form during freezing pierces cell membrances which cause the product to go soggy and leak their juices. I believe there is a naturally occuring enzyme in produce that causes sogginess too (blanching de-activates this enzyme).
Just make sure you leave room in the bottle for expansion - you don't want to freeze the bottle if the liquid is nearly to the top of the bottle otherwise it will burst.

Definitely! As already said, take a bit out to leave room for expansion, and you should be good! I often freeze juice as ice cubes and mix them into my drinks in the summer. Lemonade with melting berry juice ice cubes is YUMMY.
