Hi, I emailed sobeys and this is what I got.

Hello Katrina:

Thank you for contacting Sobeys Customer Care.

Due to the large amount of fraudulent online coupons circulating, Sobeys will not be honouring online coupons at this time. Coupons must be part of a merchandising program between the merchandiser and vendor.

Manufacturer coupons are accepted by stores provided the issuing vendor regulations are met. Each coupon is evaluated on an individual basis by store management.

If you have any concerns please feel free to speak with the store manager or franchisee where you shop who will be happy to assist you.

It does depend on the store... because the one I work at we accept printed coupons up to $5 off.... but the store across town doesnt take them at all.....

the Sobey's in my town (Chatham, Ont.) won't take printables either

...I just used about 20 printed coupons at Sobey's this morning with no problem.

I've used printed coupons in Halifax at Sobeys before.

OUr Sobeys will take printable coupons as long as they arent for free items
