Thread: SCOP question

hello, i tried googling my question but turned up nothing
not sure if this is the right section
the Scanning code of practice
it describes how if a product is scanned higher then shelf price, you get it for free
but lets say the day after a sale ends and the product goes back to regular price, but still scans in at the lower price, do you get it for free, or would they just have to give it to you for the lower price??
thanks. This thread is currently associated with: N/ALast edited by mcon; Mon, Jun 3rd, 2013 at 09:38 PM.

Scanning Code of Practice - the product must scan higher than the advertised or shelf price or SCOP does not apply.
If the sale is over and the product still scans in the sale price - who hoo great for you....
If the sale is over and the product scans regular/higher price but the shelf price still shows the sale price then SCOP applies, but only for one item up to $10. Hope this helps
