    Sobeys in Quispamsis has discount buggies in front of the flowers. They have Noir Chocolate bars marked down 50% and on the chocolate bar are $1.50 coupons. Worked out to .45 cents per bar.

    Forgot to add...the cashier said that she buys chocolate bars and breaks them up to add into muffins and cookies...she states it is cheaper than buying the morsels.
