Where did you find that coupon!?!

I figued I would start this thread for us Newfie's to post where were are finding local coupons.


Here is some that I have found in the last few days:

• Free Oasis Juice under Oasis labels (Walmart)
• $1.00 off Old Spice (Shoppers Drug Mart Tear Pad)
• Free Ice Cream on General Mills Cereal Boxes (Almost all Grocery Stores)
• Free Yogurt on Vector Cereal (Coleman's in PAB)
• Free Salsa when you buy Old El Paso Kit (inside Old El Paso kits at Walmart)

I also just used the salsa coupon from the taco kit this week. I just realized that the back of my hot chocolate label (Carnation brand from Dominion) had a coupon for a frozen dinner and several other coupons on it. I have had the regualr luck with save.ca and used my gillette save 5.00 wub3 on the travel sized saving cream that are $1.27 at walmart (So they are paying you to take it out of the store) and the olay coupon from save.ca that gives you 2.00 off an olay product with no size restriction so I got the travel size moisterizer for 1.47 again making money to take it. Walmart has their catteli smart pasta on sale for 1.47 this week so if you have your .75 off coupon for that from save.ca you'd only be paying .72 for the box. lol
Every now and again you can get a few coupons from the gobag flyers that are delivered around here too..... Seems to be about every 8-10 weeks that they include the coupon page.

By the way, Walmart has ziplocs on for 1.47 this week so you can make money off the printable B2G$4 off coupon! I haven't tried this out since Walmart is too far for me to go everyweek. but I am planning a trip this weekend. I hope there is something on sale that I have the coupons for so I can test out the new policy!!

As for gobag flyers... I am in Torbay- So I would guess we are zoned with the east end of St. John's but I think it's all connected to the telegram.

Walmart- I go to the one on Stavengar Drive (Really it's aberdeen ave but same thing)

Also- I just used my johnson and johnson coupon today FPC. If you call Johnson and Johnson they will send you coupons. I recently had a child so I was able to get the new parent package which included a free product coupon and 3x 1.00 off coupons. If you are not a new parent you can still call and ask for coupons once a month. That information is posted elsewhere on the site but just in case you havent noticed it.

Oh and Walmart also had spray Mr. Clean on for 2.00 (Reg 2.97) if you use your .75 off coupon from save.ca then you are getting it for 1.25,,,, and who doesn't like a clean house, right? LOL

Have you tried to use Save.ca and Websaver coupons in Pab?

I used a bunch at Shoppers the other day! I got:

Tide - on sale for $5.99 I had 2X B2G$5 off, So I got 4 of those for $12.00 before tax! ($3 each!)

Gillette Body wash, On sale for $2.99, 1X B3G$5, So I got 3 of those for $4! ($1.33 each!)

Gillette Antiperspirant, On sale for $2.99, 1X $1/1, so I got ine for $2!

Total: $35.92
Saved with coupons: $16.00
Total OOP: $19.92

And that's not including the amount I saved by waiting for the sales. I think the body wash was almost $7 reg and the anti-p was around $7.50. Not sure about the Tide...

That is awesome!! I will be watching for the online Walmart Flyer tomorrow so I can start planning my trip to Corner Brook this coming Saturday. Me and my mom are going couponing...without the kids! Woohoo!

Went to Walmart today.... There wasn't any ziplocks on the shelf for 1.48 but I found them in a center asile up by crafts. At the bottom of the display there are 1.00 off a ziplock product.



Side story: I used several of the coupons I printed including the succing bubbles/ toilet duck coupon... The Scubbing bubble thing is on sale for 3.00 and you get the toilet duck cleaner for free (Value:2.64) when you purchase it.
The cashier.... Who I will from now on seek out to ring my order though when using coupons .... was a complete snot! She tired to say I could only use one coupon. Said that it says one purchase... and that she had someone yesterday who the manager said no to as well..... She refused to suspend my order to allow the person who was behind me to go ahead while she was "looking in to it". The person behind me left in a huff. The another person came after she had it suspended and she wouldn't check them in eithersaid she was going to deal with me first. I asked her is she was going for public embarrassment or something? Informed her that I was correct and that making people wait for no reason wasn't acceptable. She then turned to the person behind me and painted on a huge smile and said "Hi, How are you today?" like you would to ignore someone. I dialed the district managers number while standing in the line.... She had called the same manager who said no before... Luckly the front end manager came over and cleared it all up for her. I am still awaiting a call back from the distract manager regarding this experience because that woman shouldn't be working around... humans!
To sum up this brief recap of my walmart trip I informed the cahsier to get used me becasue I plan on doing this all year, said thank you and got my free ziplocks and toilet cleaner with no other issues.
