I thought I would create an updated thread for the coupon meet/exchange that is coming up Sunday June 5th, 11 am at St Vital food court across from Timmy's to help eliminate any confusion.

All are welcome; bring your spares, bring your binder, bring your shopping list (some will be going to LD after the meet).

good idea with the new thread. here's my wishlist

anything on "real groceries" eg:milk, bread, eggs, meat, fruit, etc... Knorr Sidekicks, Betty Crocker (cake more than icing), Secret, Olay, Nivea, Old Spice, any bodywashes (girly ones, not boy ones ) non-light campbells soups, crackers, puddings, almost anything i can eat really, toilet paper (I usually just default to Superstore brand at regular price cuz i dont know how to make it free...someone teach me!) crest (without limits is better), colgate (without limits is better!) paper towels, pantene, dove for men, head and shoulders without size limits, any liquid egg whites, kelloggs, franks hot sauce, Classico sauces, any FPC's!, St Ives facial scrub, Activia, Pepsi, chips, Ice cream, Carnation Breakfast Anytime, VH (not the Thai or Indian only ones, just a generic one), Hunts, Hellmans, SunRype juice, Uncle Bens instant rices, Listerine or Scope, Crisco, anything that may get me an overage to help with the essentials is awesome! I'm really hoping to help chip away my grocery bill

Don't let your lack of coupons or knowledge stop you from coming out,k? There will be LOTS of FREE coupons floating around and up for grabs - this is a great chance to learn and pad your coupon book with everyone else's "extras". Trust me if they are someone's "extras" they are up for grabs, we just want to see them go to use.....hope to see you there!
