I love free vegetables - and fiddleheads are no exception. Each year I send my DH off to go hunt and gather fiddleheads for our freezer. Long into the winter, we munch on these delicious treats, dripping in butter and vinegar
SO - has anyone seen any along our local waterways? I have to reserve a day for DH to go out and gather these seasonal treats !!!This thread is currently associated with: N/A

HAHA - I'm sending my husband to Sussex to get ours so you would be closer
He picks a few garbage bags full every year, I clean them, blanch them, and freeze them. Of course, he has a friend in Sussex that he spends the day with so it kills two birds with 1/4 tank of gas :S
