So.... We were out for Mother's day brunch today and the topic of couponing came up. My Aunt only buys organic and natural products and she mentioned that there is hardly ever coupons for any of the stuff that she buys. However, she did show me a coupon book that she only gets one of every year and is always VERY excited about.

So, I looked it up online and you can get the coupon books mailed to you for $1 each + shipping and their website ALSO has printable coupons!

    It's http://www.thehealthyshopper.ca

Here are a list of the brands in the book and printable:
    Pamela's Products,4EVER-FIT,Herbs for Health course,Natural Health Fundamentals Course,Barbara's Bakery - any product,Omega Swirl,Blue Diamond Growers,Blue Sky Beverage All Natural Soda,Carlson - Fish Oil,Chelton House - Simply Natural Organic,Builder's- Protein Bars,Clif Bar- Energy Bars,Desert Essence Products,Ecover Dish Washing Products,Ecover Laundry Liquid HE,greens+,Immaculate Baking Co. - Cookie dough,Mom's Healthy Secrets,Optimum Nutrition - Gold Standard Natural Whey & Casein,Optimum Nutrition - Gold Standard Natural Whey & Casein,Organic Juice,Knudsen All-Natural and Organic Juices,Knudsen All-Natural and Organic Spritzers,Aloe 80 Organics™ Health and Beauty Aloe Vera,USDA Certified Organic Preservative Free Aloe Vera Juice,Nature's Path,Bach Original Flower Remedies,North American Herb and Spice - Chaga,North American Herb and Spice products,Natura 1.8 L Beverage,Natura products,100% Organic pure Just Juice,Now - Stevia,Sunbutter,San-J Asian Cooking Sauces,San-J Tamari / Shoyu Cooking Sauces,Seventh Generation product,Seventh Generation products,SISU products,Stahlbush Island Farms Fruits and Vegetables,Sweetpea Baby Food,Traditional Medicinals Herbal Teas,SO DELICIOUS,Vitasoy beverages,Weetabix

Since all these coupons are ALSO in the book with a different UPC and code then the printable ones, they may be stackable at SOF. I've seen a good bunch of these products there and they occasionally go on sale as well.

    Enjoy!

Here are six of the 52 coupons in the booklet. It still might be worth asking for at some stores. I got another one just yesterday at a Thrifty Foods store in North Vancouver. They had also been at Whole Foods, Capers, Choices, and a variety of smaller health stores in Vancouver. Great resource for healthy coupons!

It's free. Sometimes it's been kept behind the counter and you have to ask for one and other times I've just seen stacks of them put out with all the other free publications. It's been out for several weeks now so I would maybe call ahead somewhere to see if they have any left.

If you want to find out which store in your area has it, just do a search on this page:
    http://www.thehealthyshopper.ca/stores.php
and give the store a call.

A very big thank you for this info!
I buy/use ALOT of natural products, they're more expensive for one; and there's rarely any coupons for them, so very pleased to see some coupons available for items I purchase on a regular basis!!
