Bargain_hunter_lola just had her new baby boy http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/babyboy.gif on Friday and I’d like to host a VWT in her honour!!!
HERE ARE THE RULES/REQUIREMENTS:
Trade rating not required but if you do not follow the rules and do not send the proper coupons for the riders I will remove you from the train and only return your envelope if there is sufficient postage in it to do so.
Must have a good variety coupon stash
A wishlist with AT LEAST 40 REASONABLE items
Please send at least 4 coupons from each rider’s wishlist. Please do not send 4 of the same coupon to a rider. If you do not have 4 coupons from their wishlist, please replace with stamps as follows:
* 1-2 missing coupons = 1 stamp
* 3-4 missing coupons = 2 stamps
True FPCs where the rider can redeem the coupon for a free product (not free when it's on sale, etc.) will be equal to 4 regular coupons. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Coupons MUST NOT expire before June 30th, 2011 (unless okayed with that rider – please forward me the approving pm)

Only send coupons that are on a rider’s wishlist please! No extras as they cost additional postage.
Remember to bundle your coupons for each individual rider so I know who gets what. You can use paperclips, saran-wrap, Ziploc baggies, just no staples or sticky post-its attached to the coupons as I find it ruins the coupons
Make sure to label who the bundle is for & who it’s from (so they can rate you!!)

a) You will not be required to send any stamps for your boarding pass
b) Instead please send as many coupons from Bargain_hunter_lola’s Wishlist as possible. All of these coupons will be sent to her once I receive all of the envelopes

2. PM me asap with your wishlist and your mailing address. **Please indicate if you will or will not accept early expiries (and if you will accept, pls send the earliest expiry date you will accept!!!)
3. Please include at least 40 REALISTIC, REASONABLE wishlist items. With AT LEAST 5 (five) of the coupons you request must be CURRENTLY available to order online - websaver, save.ca, brandsaver, etc

** Please note, if your wishlist doesn’t fit with what I think is reasonable I will contact you to change it. If it can’t be done, then you won’t get a seat. Keep in mind that the more realistic coupons you have on your wishlist, the more coupons you’re likely to receive!
4. Deadline to mail envies will be Monday May 16th, 2011
5. Please post in this thread once you have mailed out your coupons.
6. Please post in this thread once you have received your completed envelope back from me, please leave a rating for all the riders & don’t forget to rate me as a conductor!
This is my first time running a VWT so I may need to fine tune and tweak the rules as people tell me if I’ve made mistakes…….. I will advise all riders once everything is set in stone!! :lolsign:
