    Hi There,

I've been using coupons for a little while now, but I'm new to the smart canucks forum. I live in the greater Vancouver area and am a stay at home mom to a little boy who turned one today! I have a question about when a coupon says one coupon per purchase. Does that mean per transaction? Or if I have 5 coupons for $1 off, can I buy five of those items at a dollar off each? I don't know why I find this so confusing.
    Thanks in advance!

Welcome to SC & Happy Birthday to your son!

Ah, an age old question, lol.

I agree with TG, one per purchase = one per item. But I have had cashiers insist that it means one per transaction Even though it shouldn't, it sometimes just depends on the cashier you get. Love the coupons that state one coupon per item, one coupon per transaction, or one coupon per customer, as the wording makes it much more clear for both parties.
