Hello all!
So I am completely new to all of this and I am pretty sure that there is a certain day of the week that the bigger papers put in all their inserts that have coupons and what not. Does anyone in Vancouver know what day that happens to be? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!

The coupon flyers have their own schedule. I don't know if offhand but I know it's posted somewhere on SC. When they are due, the Sun puts them out on Saturday, and the Province on Sunday. At least, that's been my experience.

Saturday in the Sun, National Post and Globe and Mail
Sunday for The Province.
It really does depend lol. You can't count on any insert, as it depends week to week, and even region to region. This round I found them in White Rock in both Saturday, and Sunday's Sun, but none in the Globe and mail.
Red Plum again will be different, and last run of Brandsavers, it was hard to find one in either paper, Saturday, or Sunday (even in stores)!
I just cross my fingers, and hope lol!
