Coupon in newspaper

Hi, I've been collecting coupons off and on over the years. I got mine mostly from the tear pads at the store and online from save.ca, brandsaver.ca and websaver.ca websites. I'm wondering how to get my hand on other coupons from newspapers. I have never seen it and was wondering when they usually come out and when is the best day of the week to buy it? I live in the Edmonton Area.

Oh yesterday when I was looking through an Examiner Newspaper, I found a $3 off Glad Recycling Blue Bags. Just thought I share my find :)
