I got that response for my 4 e-mail in their facebook site:
Hi Catherine,
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. We are also very sympathetic towards participants that have experienced a longer delivery timeline than expected.

they gave me an excuse that i didnt fill out the form correctly and missed something. which i know i didnt. they said i wont be receiving it. I heard they did this to alot of people... so im thinking its a no

Thought I would share my recent email from Coppertone with your all. I started with forwarding them my confirmation email, they then confirmed I was on the list, asked me to send my mailing info, then sent me the standard email that I did something wrong, I then wrote an email saying how unprofessional their giveaway was going to post on their FB page, which I did. Here is what they then emailed to me:
Hi M,
We would like to follow up further regarding previous communications including the Facebook wall.
We sincerely apologize for any frustration that you experienced. We take your sentiments to heart and your comments are equally important to us.
Our goal with this promotion was to offer a token of appreciation to our fans and not to create any feelings of disappointment.
We would therefore like to ensure that we follow through on our commitment to you and that we are able to send you a Coppertone Tote Bag.
We understand where you are coming from and we hope that this will help make up for any inconvenience that was caused to you.
Thank you very much once again for participating and we truly hope that you enjoy the Tote bag!

I was so furious that I did not receive one that I emailed (and commented on Facebook) that I was upset that they lost my information and would not send me a tote. I also noted that I would let everyone I know about this incident and tell them to support Banana Boat instead. I got a response just a day later saying this:
Hi Kristyn,
We are very sorry for any inconvenience that you have experienced
during this promotion.
We have verified our complete log of every entry that was submitted
during the giveaway and we unfortunately do not have your information.
Our log includes every entry that was partially completely or entirely
completed.
We do take your sentiment to heart and your comments are equally
important to us, therefore we would like to send you a package of
Coppertone items as compensation. We hope that it help make up for any
frustration that you experienced.
We will use the contact information that you provided in previous
communication.

Sure, it may not be the bag but at least I got some free products. Best to contact them and tell them about your frustrations...they are customer service and their main goal is to deal with customer issues. So just talk to them...maybe you will get something out of it too. Good luck.
