UPDATE: 3rd Retail Store in works for Coupon Stacking

Just went to the named store and its a go
but not yet!

She told me all stores will be doing this! She is getting more details from Brampton, Ontario... Please don't go and try stacking there cause nobody knows, but us.
Not even the stores across Canada know. They are working on their cash system. She said they use an accounting system and aren't set for stacking and taxes... etc as of yet & ironing out the details for the rules to stack .

SO DON'T TRY YET.. PLEASE DON'T RUIN IT FOR US ALL

1 Thing I know) "THEY ARE GOING TO ADJUST THE COUPON"....If the item is .50 cents and your coupon is .75 cents they will adjust the coupon to .50 cents (this is a example only) NO CASH WILL BE GIVEN BACK OR ADDED TO THE BASKET.


I will be informed when it going to happen & rules ...I'll be right here passing them on too you guys aren't you excited?

This is interesting, there is one close by to me (few towns away) and I did not even know it. Will have to check them out, and would be so cool if they do allow stacking there.

Wow, this is interesting. The store looks kind of Giant Tiger-y to me. They appear to be mainly in smaller towns, not sure I would travel to stack but at the same time it would be just lovely if this was offered anywhere in Ontario.

Perhaps I'm being too hopeful but since this store is part of the HBC family, is it too much to hope for this happening at Zellers? That would just about permanently switch me away from Walmart.

Aww too bad theres not one here..If i drive to the next town theres one but im not sure how great it is, never stepped foot in it. I remember 20years ago this store used to be great, before all the big boxes took over haha

Fields is struggling out here at least hope this keeps a few of them open still! I wonder what that will mean with zellers being the same owner? But with the target buy out of zellers..hmm i could not imagine zellers ever doing this i have a hard time getting them to accept 1 coupon! Lol! That means that hbc will only have the bay and fields. Thanks for posting hopefully everyone is patient and kind to the cashiers when they do launch this!

I asked about the Target buying Zellers and it wont affect Fields at all

This will be awesome for all the small towns that have a Fields store in them. I can understand why they would consider doing this now..so many stores of the same genre, Giant Tiger, Fields, Saan, The Bargain Shop and probably a few other similar kinds. This will give them a huge advantage now to draw avid stackers and coupons users like ourselves.

The coupon shopping world is now expanding for all of us!!

wow! I might actually go into Feilds. i have found there prices are alot higher than other stores. Depending on what it is sometimes they can be $2-$3.00 more. Might have to take a peak once this go's through.
