At Safeway there is a coupon for free milk if you buy 3 Kellogs cereals and if you buy 5 Kelloggs you get 100 airmiles, so bought 5, got my free milk and 100 airmiles and today was 10% off day....not a super duper deal, but I needed Mini-wheats anyways.

Mega redemption is at Shoppers drug mart, you save your optimum points, and if you redeem them on Mega redemption day they are worth more than normal. Normally 95000 points gets you $170 worth of free stuff on Mega redemption day 95000 points gets you $250 worth of free stuff. With a little planning it does not take long to get to 95000!!!!!

Saw a tearpad of bearpaw coupons at Walmart--I didn't even take any though cause I already have a ton.....

Brown sugar mini-wheats on clearance at Shoppers(one by Walmart) for $1.49--I bought lots but not all of them-- there were still 5 boxes left!!!!

Did a big shop at Sobeys yesterday--10% off Tues--also used a 8x the base points coupons. Ended up with over 2400 sobeys points!!!! Spent about $150.00 used about $30 in coupons. Thought this was pretty good for me!!!!

That's a pretty good regular shop for there. It's very rare to get extreme discounts the best I have done there is some free yogurt but produce meat etc are quite expensive

This wk at Safeway buy 5 Kelloggs cereal and you get 100 airmile($11) and they have Mini-wheats with the pin #'s for a free cereal coupon. The cereal are $5 each. Plus if you spend $100 you get another 100 airmiles--so I got an easy 200 miles yesterday!!!

Oh and at the Shoppers by the movie theatre they have Ombrelle sunblock marked down to $12.99 with a $5 peelie on it--so $7.99 for Ombrelle--amazing deal--it is great stuff really works good
