Good morning, everyone.

Waiting for "routine scheduled maintenance" of my fan coil. Sounds like something naughty, unfortunately it's just the perils of living near a construction site (filters need changing, vents need checking, etc, etc). Worker will be scared of the roommates, dog will be ticked that she can't play with the "guest", cat will be ticked that someone is attempting to alter his home. Guess I'd better start on the doggy biscuits to make it up to them.
