Well it is that time of year again...
Hot peppers are ripe on the vine!
I grew two varieties this year; Trini' Scorpion and Carolina Reaper!
For my first batch of sauce I used 1/4 Scorpions and 3/4 Regular Scotch Bonnets, its definitely got a kick!
Planning to do a second batch tomorrow, with all Reapers.
