We might just as this was only veggies :Yukon golds; sweet potatoes; broccoli; carrots; Jerusalem artichokes; onions and rutabaga. Liberal spicing and a mix of avocado and Popeye's extra virgin Olive Oil. 380degrees for about an hour and stir often.
