Trudeau Confirms, Defends Private Helicopter Flight

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is confirming, and defending, his use of a private helicopter while vacationing with the Aga Khan, saying it was the only way to get to his friend's secluded Bahamian island. The prime minister and his family spent time over Christmas at Bell Island in the Bahamas. He says he's happy to discuss the matter with conflict of interest and ethics commissioner Mary Dawson "and answer any questions she may have."

Millennials Are Falling Behind Their Boomer Parents

Baby Boomers: your millennial children are worse off than you. With a median household income of $40,581, millennials earn 20% less than boomers did at the same stage, despite being better educated, according to a new analysis of Federal Reserve data by the advocacy group Young Invincibles. Millennials have half the net worth of boomers. Their home ownership rate is lower, while their student debt is drastically higher.

After five days off, the Leafs will return to action Friday, as they take on the Rangers in New York. The Raptors will look for back to back wins as they welcome the Nets to the ACC.

Imagine life without the internet, television or radio. You come home after a long day at work and are greeted by silence. Complete and utter silence. That's what life was like 100 years ago.
