Club Q Q107-Loyalty Club (Southern ON Only) v4

While Lee & her hubby had gone to the Friday Saga show, me & my friend went to the Saturday Saga show. The show was amazing, but the ushers were unbelievable. Apparently all cell phones were to be turned off & no video or pictures were allowed. Mean while on the display screen that was advertising all the up coming events, there was a bulletin that said videos & FLASH photography were not allowed. Even Michael Sadler had said photos were allowed, just no flash. There were ushers stationed at different places along the isle, so as soon as someone went to use their cell phone for pics, the usher was right there to make sure you turned it off. One of the concert goers brought a few beach balls, blew them up & started throwing them out to the crowd. the rest of the concert goers were having a good time bopping the beach balls, till the ushers took them away. Everyone booed them. They did come back later during the 1st encore. At that point everyone had their cell phones out taking pics of the encores & the ushers gave up telling people to stop. I did manage to get a few pics. There was no meet & greet after ours, but Michael did say there would be a TO concert later this year. Looking forward to that.

Winter storm to 'threaten' parts of Southern Ontario

Environment Canada says a winter storm may "threaten" parts of southern Ontario early this week, with up to 25 centimetres of snow possible for the GTA.
The agency has issued special weather statements for much of southern Ontario.
"As if to remind us that spring has not officially begun yet, Mother Nature is gearing up for a significant winter storm," said Environment Canada on its website.
Snow is forecast to begin over Southwestern Ontario during the day on Monday, then spread over the rest of the region that night and into Tuesday.
Environment Canada said there will likely be 15 to 25 centimetres of snow, with as much as 30 centimetres in the Hamilton and Niagara regions.
Snowfall amounts will likely be less north of the GTA towards Georgian Bay and into the eastern parts of the province.
The snow should ease off Tuesday night in most areas.
Prepare for hazardous travel conditions
Risky travel conditions could be on the way. The snow will be dry and fluffy, meaning localized blowing snow as winds strengthen during the storm.
"This snowstorm has the potential to significantly affect travel due to accumulating snow and blowing snow resulting in hazardous winter driving conditions," said Environment Canada.
Environment Canada said it will likely issue winter storm watches and warnings as the storm track and amounts become more certain.
Meanwhile, an extreme cold weather alert is in effect for Toronto, with current temperatures at -13 C and a wind chill of -21 C.

Yes ! It was wicked day here in Newfoundland yesterday .. Today it's been good day .. this part of Newfoundland is some other parts still getting high winds and blowing snow .. Thanks HTeam for your concern.. have wonderful nite take good care yourself

We were speaking with one of the band's good friends and "roadies" and he said that they are working on a gig at the Pheonix.... I'm not impressed... I told him I would much rather pay a bit more for the ticket and have a seat instead of standing room at a bar.... We'll see if that happens....
