Easter Monday Closures
Keep in mind that it’s Easter Monday so while that may mean a few less cars on the road, it also means a few closures. Schools are closed for the day, so too are banks, all government offices including the LCBO and Beer Store. Libraries are also closed.

Manhunt Underway in Cleveland For Man Who Livestreamed a Murder
Cleveland's police chief says a manhunt is underway for a suspect they say killed a man while streaming the homicide live on Facebook. Facebook has released a statement condemning the killing of a Cleveland man that was posted to the social media site.
In the video, Steve Stephens has a brief conversation with the victim, 74-year-old Robert Godwin before shooting him at point blank range. The suspect said in the video he has also killed more than a dozen other people. Police have not verified that information. Authorities say Stephens should be considered armed and dangerous.
Leafs to Get Relief With Zaitsev's Possible Return For Game 3
The Gardiner project is starting up just in time for the first Leafs playoff game in Toronto since 2013. A tailgate party gets underway outside the ACC at 5pm with thousands expected at Maple Leafs Square.
Leafs are home to Washington tonight looking to take lead in the series which is tied at a game apiece. Roman Polak is done for the season after being injured in game 2 but Nikita Zaitsev may be able to return tonight. If he can’t, Alexey Marchenko will draw into the lineup.

If there’s one thing that we remember from High School, it’s the day that we were introduced to the great Japanese art-form that is Haiku. While it may have an ancient and noble history, it is likely at it’s most ignoble when a group of young kids try to cobble together Haiku in series of five-seven-five.
Haiku Day reminds us that there is so much more to this style of poetry than a misspent week in our literature courses!
