When I realized that I had simply replied to the notification email for the Q 40th birthday, instead of using the email addy that was mentioned, I sent an enquiry email to find out if I was on the list, or if I had buggered it up...I got a quick reply to say that I was indeed on the list...

good party, no cash though...
Just in case, we planned various strategies for the money machine. just in case. But never got the chance to try out any scooping and stuffing techniques...
The band had a good variety of singers, and players, and they covered the tunes quite well...
In the middle of the venue there is a rather steep (as far as short people view it) step. So I turned to warn the old people behind me about it. At the same time, being too late to step up, sending myself for a close up of the floor, and taking some skin off my lower shin on the sharp edge. Hey, gang, martial arts makes me graceful, ha ha...But, I was more careful for the rest of the evening...[

A wet, soggy day out there. So glad i decided to do my laundry yesterday, so i could hang it out on the line to dry in the sun. Looks like there will be no sun today. Jays got slammed yesterday, hopefully they can bounce back & tie the series at 2 games a piece. Don't forget the DVP & Gardiner are closed today. Better to take transit for the game. Enjoy your day.
