Money can buy happiness - if you spend it a certain way: study
Forget what they say - money really can buy happiness, new research has shown. Psychology professor Elizabeth Dunn, from the University of British Columbia, Canada, say happiness can come from paying others to take on chores such as cleaning, cooking and gardening.
In this way, happiness can be bought in the form of free time, say scientists.

Linkin Park's recordings are lighting up the charts
Much like we saw with Chris Cornell, the death of singer Chester Bennington has driven a huge boost in sales for Linkin Park. Billboard reports the band's most recent album, ``One More Light,'' has re-entered the Billboard 200 album chart at number 17.
Linkin Park's debut album, ``Hybrid Theory,'' is number 27. ``Meteora'' is number 41, and ``Minutes to Midnight'' is number 115. Bennington was found dead at his home outside Los Angeles on Thursday.

Lirim Hajrullahu's 34-yard field goal gave the Toronto Argonauts a wild 27-24 home win over the Ottawa Redblacks on Monday night. Hajrullahu's field goal on the game's final play capped an eight-play, 52-yard drive after Ottawa rallied to tie the score 24-24.

Baggage handlers' union threatens strike at Pearson airport
Chaos at Pearson seems imminent as baggage handlers and ground crew for 45 airlines may be on strike by tomorrow night.
Teamsters Local 419, which represents 700 employees at Swissport Canada Handling, alleges that the company hired 250 temporary workers without properly training them and a spokesman for the union says a number of them have been injured on the job as a result.
It’s expected the union will ask its members to reject the latest offer from Swissport tomorrow.

Well, New York state is set to study a device that would allow police to tell whether a driver had been using their cellphone while driving. Known as the ``textalyzer,'' it's still months away from being ready but has already raised the concerns of privacy and civil rights groups.
Still, New York City officials want to crack down on what they call "reckless behaviour." 12 people were killed and nearly 3000 injured in cellphone-related crashes in New York state from 2011-2015.
